Una Jagose KC specialises in public and constitutional law.
She is an experienced adviser and advocate across public law, regulatory, and constitutional matters. Una has appeared at all levels of New Zealand courts, and before commissions of inquiry. She has led significant public and constitutional law cases over two decades.
Having served as Chief Executive of Crown Law and Acting Director of the Government Communications Security Bureau, Una also brings a deep understanding of governance, organisational design, ethics and conduct issues.
Una studied at the University of Otago Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka (LLB) and Victoria University of Wellington Te Herenga Waka (LLM, First Class Honours).
